I'm writing to express my gratitude you and all the other fine people who work for Aidan Chadwick Dining. The food was every bit as good as you promised and I can tell you it is the talk of RTE today. I have not bumped into a single person today, who was at the event, who has not said the food was superb.
It was a delight for me to meet someone so refreshingly positive and enthusiastic about what they do. The whole operation worked a treat. I loved the way the different foods came on stream like waves moving from one type to the next - one more exciting than the last. The comments included today were it was different, it was hot and scrumptious to eat. Needless to say the fish and chips in the cones were the highlight for many because they hadn't seen this before.
